Don’t worry – we have a program for everyone – even if you don’t have enough money to put down on a house now.

Guidance: Right away we’ll send you a ‘Members only’ PTHO web class that explains more about the program and guides you on next steps. When the time is right we’ll place you with a licensed specialist that will work to get you the best mortgage.

At first I was scared because I didn’t know if I was even going to get a house. Even though I made the money, my credit isn’t good and I had some issues going on with helping my kids - so that kind of put me back. They helped me out, they talked with me, they gave me some confidence, and they told me what my process was as far as paying my down payment. My experience has been very nice so far. They are great. I whole-heartedly trusted them. If it were not for them, really, I wouldn’t even have got in this program.
